I do not know what operation are you running. I was unsuccessfully trying to download the software I purchased for days. I had you support teak acknowledging that you had server difficulties. After a week of endless attempts to get what I paid for I as gave up and I ask you to make refund to my credit card. As soon as I posted this request miraculously it appeared on my product page that I have downloaded the program. Fortunately I have documented all correspondence and will use that to get my money back. I will also make sure to let others know of your business practices. Shame on you.
I run a site, I do not make software. I only post links to shareware programs. Sorry to hear you got in trouble with the makers of Article Submiter (that will be FastLink2, Leverkusen, Germnay).
But shame on me? I am not affiliated with any software firm that is present on my pages. I post only the download links of the shareware/freeware programes featured on this site. The links are public to everyone. The rest is up to the software company.
